Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups of chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
  • 1 cup of apple juice, chilled
  • ¾ cup low fat lemon or vanilla yoghurt
  • ¼ cup skim milk powder

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until thin enough to drink through a thick straw.

Tip:
This recipe is best to drink soon after preparation, as it may separate if left to stand. If separation occurs and you wish to reuse later, puree again to serve.
